Elizabeth Holmes, Director

Elizabeth (“Liz”) Holmes joined Premier Commercial Real Estate (PCRE) in 2016 as a Director, following her widely acclaimed success establishing and running her own interior design consulting firm, “Elizabeth Holmes Design”. In fact, her “cutting edge” style and creativity earned Ms. Holmes recognition as one of Newsday’s 2015 top 10 Interior Designers as well as a guest appearance on NBC’s “George to the Rescue”.

Her recent alignment with PCRE is simply a natural “next step” that will surely allow her to build upon and optimize her diverse professional background and her deep rooted interest in real estate that began nearly three decades earlier when her father purchased and, with Liz’s assistance, managed a multifamily, commercial apartment building in Brooklyn, New York.

Interestingly, Liz had previously served as Director of Communications to a New York City Council Member and as a Public Affairs Officer at the New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC). Ms. Holmes had also previously worked as a Government Relations Advisor at the Law Offices of Claudia Wagner and as Vice President of Community Relations at Vantage Properties, a local residential real estate firm, which owned and managed 140,000 units in Harlem, Washington Heights and Queens. These vast array of business management and public service experiences, combined with her inherent and never-ending creativity and drive, is what makes Liz a unique and invaluable resource, extremely well equipped to serve all her clients’ real estate needs.

Ms. Holmes holds a Bachelors Degree from City College of New York as well as a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from the prestigious New York Law School, located in lower Manhattan.  Ms. Holmes is a food, wine and tequila enthusiast, who enjoys hot yoga and traveling.  She lives in Baldwin Harbor, New York with her husband John and young son.
